We support all our schools, at all stages of their journey, to continually develop and improve their provision, develop an innovative curriculum, create exceptional experiences, deliver excellent teaching and be compliant in all areas.

We have a robust school development framework that supports our schools across areas including strategy, education, accountability and quality assurance as well as safeguarding, compliance, health and safety, data protection and governance. We also have a collaborative School Development Group that champions collaboration, innovation and the sharing of best practice to enhance provision. We welcome and encourage independent audits to benchmark our progress.

We see school development as giving our school leaders the expertise, knowledge, resources, support and challenge to ensure we are always First Class, First Choice and First Voice.
