Personal Development - Know yourself
Know yourself
Every teacher knows that in order for children to achieve their potential and flourish, they need to have well developed skills linked to their personal development.
Evidence suggests that character attributes not only reinforce academic learning but also have a significant positive influence on later life outcomes, including those relating to health, wellbeing and careers.
To become lifelong learners, children must develop many skills including: self-awareness, resilience, interpersonal skills, confidence, creativity and problem solving skills so they not only achieve their best outcomes but are also prepared to the world beyond the classroom.
At the Primary First Trust we believe in making a huge investment into the personal development of each individual, both children and staff, unlocking the ability to succeed and broadening their horizons.
